If the parent/guardian who accomplished the registration form and whose photo appears on the system is unable to pick up the child on the scheduled time, management will require prior notification and identification.
Children should wear socks at all times. Please label all your child’s clothes to avoid items going missing or being misplaced.
For babies, please provide all nappies, wet wipes and other personal items.
No responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to clothing and for this reason we recommend suitable clothing should be worn when painting etc.
If possible please discourage children from bringing their favourite toys and valuables into the Center as we cannot accept responsibility for them should they get lost or broken. Comforters are welcome.
When bringing in clothes, nappies, wipes etc. please have them clearly marked with the child’s name.
VI. HEALTH, SAFETY AND SICKNESS
Kindermagic reserves the right to refuse admission if child is not feeling well or if body temperature is at 37.8 degrees celcius. Children who are not feeling well will not be accepted inside Kindermagic. Children who have suffered from sickness or diarrhea will not be admitted. Parents/Guardians must inform Kindermagic immediately if the child is suffering from any contagious disease. For the benefit of the other children in the center, we cannot allow children to attend if they are suffering from a contagious disease, which could easily be passed on to another child. If children fall ill during the day, parents/guardians will be contacted to arrange to collect them. If the parents/guardians are unavailable, other authorized contacts will be called.
In the event of an emergency, the parent/guardian will be contacted and have the child taken to nearby First Aid clinic, accompanied by a senior member of the Kindermagic staff.
Kindermagic will not give any medication to the child in the center. Medication is only given when prescribed by an appropriate person and with parental permission. Full written details must be provided and the medication clearly marked with the child’s name and dosage instructions.
Kindermagic reserves the right to refuse acceptance of a child who is thought to be unfit to attend.
From time to time, Kindermagic will take photograph the children taking part in their activities. These are shown at EK’s collaterals and promo ads and are kept as evidence of work, displayed on our walls. If you do not wish your child to be photographed, please inform Kindermagic.
